Output voltage and electric bike parts: charger

¡¡¡¡The output voltage of electric bike parts is very high (more than 50 VX), the fault reason is C15 short circuit or R26 open circuit, the “1” pin voltage of ic1 integrated circuit can be measured when judging concretely.

¡¡¡¡After the replacement of R26, the R28 should be readjusted to keep the charger output voltage normal. Check R30 / R11 / R13 for bad contact or damage, if normal, replace ic1 to troubleshoot.

¡¡¡¡Normal output voltage, no indication or incorrect indication of charge indicator. It is usually replaceable because of ic2 damage or led2 damage.

¡¡¡¡Output partial copper foil burning

¡¡¡¡When the charger is turned on, it is found that the copper foil of the charger output is broken, which is usually the result of the reverse connection of the positive and negative electrodes of the battery. The failure caused by this will lead to the damage of many components of the charger.

¡¡¡¡If the charger fuse is not broken, it is usually replaced by the r30 IC1 / IC2 and the broken copper foil is connected to return to normal. If the fuse of the charger has been broken, the fault may be damaged, such as d1-d4, v1-v2r4r7, etc., which need to be replaced one by one after measurement.
